Trouble with posting...

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've tried to post between yesterday and today.  I don't know what's wrong, but it seems to be with Blogger.  When I go to delete a picture, it deletes everything and I'm left to start the whole post over.  This is my last try today.

The top picture is one of a past Night Bloomer.  Isn't it beautiful?  The petals are like delicate feathers.

The next picture is a better one of my fake crow in the tree by our entry.  As you can see his tail feathers are a bit frazzled with the rain and the weather.  But I still like him.  If you have never seen the Nature Special on Crows, you should.  They are amazing, intelligent birds.

And last is a picture I snapped of Ghost taking over the baby area after grand daughter left for the day.

I'm actually afraid to write much more or it will all just disappear again. So I'm going to close with this:

Happy Labor Day!

  1. I haven't been having any problem, but then again, I try to keep my pictures to a minimum and put them in as I write. Then I usually do a "save" before adding a picture, just in case. Glad you were finally able to share these beautiful pictures, and Ghost being proprietary! :-)

    1. I've been *saving* as I go along, but when I think I'm just removing a picture, the whole post disappears. Could be my computer... or something I'm doing wrong.

  2. Oh dear, Blogger can be contrary at times, Rian. I haven't posted for a week, so I'll be interested to see whether I have any problems next time I post. I usually write the post first (offline in Word) then copy and paste it into Blogger and add the photos where I want them in the text. This way I don't lose the text if anything goes wrong.

I just love your top photo. Beautiful!

    1. I think your method of writing to Word first is smart, but takes a little more time. However, if the problem continues, I may start doing this.

    2. I actually think it doesn't take any longer really, and it saves all the worry about Blogger hiccuping partway through a post and eating what you've just written.

  3. Well there you are, this time it worked.
    I can see nothing untoward.

These are beautiful photos, I’m glad you managed to show them.
