Guess DH and I fall into the *crazy cat people* category... but we know better than to take too many into our home (keeping things clean and free of cat hair for 5 cats is a chore in itself)... but if providing a safe place, food, and water for those less fortunate (homeless) is crazy, then maybe we are. Makes me almost wish I enjoyed food prep, but the best I can do is throw frozen fish in the toaster oven, or make the occasional chicken dish, with a salad. Used to bake a lot when I was younger, but not in more recent years. I'd eat it all anyway.

Summer is drawing to an end here and I don't even have anything productive done (other than going to work), so I think you and your hubby have done well, frankly.

Good luck with the medical tests and purrs from the boys.
Fuzzy Taleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09505853082591216696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6076673433792968099.post-30783425932295624452014-08-19T13:13:14.952-07:002014-08-19T13:13:14.952-07:00The first fried green tomatoes I had were pretty b...The first fried green tomatoes I had were pretty bad. DH can tell them apart. I can on a few. We believe in catch and release and do this when we can. However, we haven't had much luck lately. With the shelters full of kittens, I do worry that black ones are not as popular. If we get hold of the kittens we take them to the Adoption Room at our local animal shelter. And if we can get the adults friendly enough, we have taken them to get vaccinated, spayed, and neutered.
