I don't know what to say, yet feel compelled to say 'something'...
Having a hard enough time dealing with our own situation and still in limbo over it, but now this senseless shooting - unbelievable, yet real. Trying hard not to think about the sorrow enveloping those families, but sending loving thoughts and prayers their way.
This blog is meant to be a documentation of our journey into the world of retirement. I know the title should be "Older, but wiser". However, I really didn't know if that would be accurate. The "Older, but better...?" title could also be misleading. The 5 cats in the above pics are: Molly, Rose, Tux, Julie, and Ghost. (I have tried to make this collage smaller, but with no luck...)
Well, there *are* no words. Can't even imagine the reality of it, because I can't wrap my head around it via the media coverage.

ReplyDeleteIt is so tragic. Now that the pictures of some of the young victims are coming out my heart breaks a little bit more each day. The only words are prayers.
