Happy Father's Day Dad! |
My dad was born in London in 1907. His family moved to the U.S. in 1920 where he grew up, met mom, married, raised his family, and passed away in 1982 at 75. He was a good man, a wonderful husband, and a loving father... and I still miss him dearly.
I wrote about my father today, too. He only lived to be 62. I also miss him still. :-)
ReplyDeleteSo fate made you an American, you might have been a Londoner and lived just up the road from me, lol
ReplyDeleteHappy Father's Day to all the fathers in your life. I know the feeling of missing one's father. Take care and stay well!
ReplyDeleteI understand. There is such a strong bond between daughters and their fathers. I miss mine every time there is either something to celebrate, to worry about or I'd just like his opinion on.
