This blog is meant to be a documentation of our journey into the world of retirement. I know the title should be "Older, but wiser". However, I really didn't know if that would be accurate. The "Older, but better...?" title could also be misleading. The 5 cats in the above pics are: Molly, Rose, Tux, Julie, and Ghost. (I have tried to make this collage smaller, but with no luck...)
I was having issues too - I had tried to read your post and had to get past some phishing alert page first. When I did get to your page, the post was gone, even though the preamble was in my reading list. I suspect Blogger was having issues.
Maybe save a copy of your text, or better yet, go to the source and just copy all the html of the post and paste it into a text file, in case you need to re-post it!
Now I wonder what will happen the next time I try to do a post. Maybe I'd better take my own advice and save the html!
No, you didn't miss it, DJan. You actually commented on the Mother's Day post yesterday before it 'disappeared'... You had already left a comment and so had Tom.
Dear Rian, I've been away from reading blogs and so I'm not up to sped on Blogger. However, I have gotten a couple of e-mails from someplace/some group about needing to do something because Blogger isn't doing something. As you can see, I'm confused. I've kept the e-mails for my niece Linda to view. I depend on her for her tech savviness. Hope all goes well for you. Peace.
Hi Dee! Good to hear from you. Blogger was having a glitch I guess as one of my posts published, then disappeared, then returned as a draft the next day??? Whatever... I'm too lazy to change blog sites. (I'm still with AOL... geez!)
Dear Rian, I keep getting e-mails from different aspects of blogging and using the computer and seldom do I know what's happening! I'm slowly . . . very slowly . . . moving into the 21st century and I keep backtracking! Peace.

ReplyDeleteBlogger must have been having issues... as the post reappeared as a draft this morning (Saturday).
DeleteYou are right. It says it no longer exists. Whaaaa? Spooky.
ReplyDeletePatti, I think something happened with Blogger, but it must be fixed now.
DeleteOh, not another Blogger glitch. :-(

I was going to try that, but lo and behold, it reappeared this morning as a draft.
DeleteThe crazy things that are happening on Blogger are driving me crazy.
ReplyDeleteThis is the first time I've had an issue, but it seems to have resolved itself.
Deleteit keeps telling me to sign in and I sign in and I'm already signed in, I finally changed my password, hoping that would do it
ReplyDeleteI never have to sign in. I guess it's set up on my laptop to go straight to my blogger.
DeleteSigh! I'm sorry I missed it.

DeleteYes it is on my blog list but nothing there when I clicked on it!
ReplyDeleteI know... weird. But it seems to be back now. However, you have to go to the Mother's Day post from yesterday.
