| Rabbit! Rabbit! White Rabbit! |
Well, here it is February 1, 2026 already. This little bunny looks like he has a static electricity problem with his bunny fur!
The Arctic Storm has played havoc with the weather across the country. Please stay inside, stay warm, stay safe, and don't try to walk on the ice!
I recommend a cozy fireplace, lots of warm blankets, hot tea or hot chocolate, and fresh baked cookies to get you through it... or a huge pot of home-made soup... and cheese biscuits!
Hugs (virtual),
Rian

Cute rabbit! It's a balmy 6 degrees Fahrenheit here in Pittsburgh, Rian... I don't have a fireplace in my high rise flat, but there's always 'The Fireplace Channel' on Roku :^)
ReplyDeleteThat bunny's fur looks like Eli's. His has static and it clings to my hand when I pet him. :) I am so glad to see Feb. 1st. On our way to spring! I sure hope that was your last surgery. You have been so patient through it all and had the best attitude. You are amazing! The bunnies here are fine. I carry them a big handful of soft hay (timothy/orchard grass) every day. Their lot sits in the best spot...covered 10' back on the north end and the front faces southeast and gets the warm sun all day. Take care!
ReplyDeleteThat's a furry bunny! Linda in Kansas
ReplyDeleteOur corner of Arizona felt a little cool'ish last week but it is warming up quickly. I'm grateful to be away from the snow and cold!
ReplyDeleteHaving high carb day...wonderful redbeans and rice. But a cheese biscuit! oooh!

ReplyDeleteWhat a coincidence. I read your blog several days ago and the cheese biscuits sounded really pretty yummy. I thought that I would check on the web to see if I could find a recipe. Well, I didn't make it to the web to do that but yesterday I was clearing out some books and found a cookbook of Soups and Stews which sounded like it might be useful to look through. Imagine my surprise when in the first section of the book were a few recipes for cracker, cornbread, and biscuits good to go along with S and S. Lo and Behold there was a recipe for Flakey Cheese Biscuits. So tonight I am going to try them out with pork loin, collard greens, potatoes, and green beans for supper. We'll see (taste) how that all works out!
