love this... (and so true) |
I'm still trying to move my 'pages' to be across the page under my heading pic... but no luck. It actually says to do this 'use tabs'... and shows 4 tab spaces. I tried that... nothing happened?? I can manually drag them to the spot... but haven't found a way to make it stay (and yes, I tried 'save'). It reverts back to the right side-bar when I leave. This is not terribly important, but it irks me that I can't seem to do it.

I wish I could do this for so many people... |
Some of my favorite cat funnies:
You may have seen these before, but I can't help it, they make me laugh every time!
and
this last one that reminds me so much of my youngest granddaughter and cats!
some cats are saints... |
Happy Monday!
Hugs (virtual),
Rian
Somedays (most days) blogger is a rule unto itself.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the cat funnies. Thank you. And how I would love that magical power.
Me too, EC, me too!
DeleteThanks for the smiles this afternoon! Some of those I'd seen, some I haven't.
ReplyDeleteCould somebody email you screen shots of what you need to do for the pages? Or maybe it's actually a Blogger glitch that won't allow you to save your pages below the header in the layout section. Blogger certainly has its share of glitches!
I'm not sure what the problem is... it may just be me. I've seen others with their pages across the screen, but who knows.
DeleteThe last one made me laugh out loud. My Silas was like that with my niece. He was a big cat but he put up with her dragging him around under the arm pits. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry but I'm useless when it comes to blogger. I always have to look up how to change my header...and forget trying to get my layout to look exactly as I want it to. Adding pages or tabs would be far beyond my capabilities.
I know. My granddaughter had an orange cat that I swear was a saint - with all that cat put up with. She let her dress her and wheel her around in a baby carriage, etc. Although my daughter had a cat when she was a toddler and Betsy (the cat's name - named after our 5 year old's first girlfriend) was the same way. Betsy was with us for 19 years.
DeleteThese are mighty funny. I think we've all watched a child darn near strangle a cat with love and companionship.
ReplyDeleteSome cats really don't seem to mind, Joanne. Some... you wouldn't dare.
DeleteI had seen two of them before, but you're so right -- still funny. I did really like the murder button one! The first one is a bit too true.
ReplyDeleteThe murder button really exists. We had one cat that was a little psycho. She would let you pet her... maybe 2 or 3 times, then... that's enough!
DeleteYou just need a good 5 year old to fix it for you:) I think kids are so good at it for they have no fear.
ReplyDeleteLOVED the kitten smiles. Especially the starter kit and some cats do have that murder button. Even Minnie sometimes for no apparent reason will bite the hand petting her.
I love the 'starter kit'! And yes, some cats definitely have that murder button.
DeleteThanks for all the wonderful and delightful cat stories and pictures. I laughed out loud at some of them. :-)
ReplyDeleteThey are funny, DJan. I can see them over and over - and I still laugh.
DeleteOh my gosh...me, being a cat lover, I enjoyed ALL of them. I have favorites, the toner running low, the murder bottom, and can you see me now? PURRfect...all of them.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed them, Anni. I think they're funny too. When you love cats, you can see this in all of them.
DeletePs...I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish. Is there another blog you can get a screenshot of, so then we understand & can try to help.
ReplyDeleteOK, Anni... I'm trying to run my "pages" across the blog... like Debbie does here.

I love this post! All these kitty posters are so cute. I think my favorite is the kitten printer and the crazy cat woman. Wouldn't you love to have all those kittens, and the black ones too. It's funny but when I first looked at the bottom one I thought it was your granddaughter. Good luck with getting your pages moved to the right spot. I gave up long ago. My daughter never has time to help me now, so nothing ever changes on my blog. :)
ReplyDeleteIt does look a bit like my granddaughter, Henny... but it's not... although I do have some similar pics of her with her cat.
ReplyDeleteThose cat funnies are good for this gloomy and gray day here. Thanks. HTML codes are impossible to figure out if you are using Blogger templates.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tabor. I'm using the layout part of Blogger and it seems to be the place to do this... but so far, no luck.
