This blog is meant to be a documentation of our journey into the world of retirement. I know the title should be "Older, but wiser". However, I really didn't know if that would be accurate. The "Older, but better...?" title could also be misleading. The 5 cats in the above pics are: Molly, Rose, Tux, Julie, and Ghost. (I have tried to make this collage smaller, but with no luck...)
I loved listening to it, Rian. I am thinking of you and all my other beloved virtual friends and hope that we all stay safe and get through this, with help from each other. Thank you for sharing this. :-)
Thank you so much. Just perfect. I wasn't aware how much I needed that. Brought a tear or two but also a release of fear and a calming ease. Please stay safe and well.
Dear Rian, all my life, I've been trying to stay in the present. To truly live one day at a time and be in the moment. Now, all of us are being called to do that. So I want to thank you, Rian, for posting the link to this song. It so reminded me of what we must do now. And I so hope that you and your husband are well and taking care of yourselves and each other. Peace to you, pressed down and overflowing--one day at a time.
We all need some calming at this moment.
ReplyDeleteStay safe and be well, Rian, both you and your husband...and your whole family. I hope this passes within weeks, not months.
Take care.
